What a request contains
A tutor request asks for a child’s preferred name, grade, subjects, learning goals, lesson preferences, a broad home area where relevant, and the guardian’s contact details. Parent email is optional. Do not submit medical records or unnecessary sensitive information.
Why those details are needed
The intended purpose is to review the request, contact the guardian, discuss a suitable tutor and arrangement, and coordinate the service. A request is unverified until staff checks the contact and family relationship.
Who can access records
Access is restricted by staff responsibility and tutor assignment. A request reference is for support and does not provide access to a child’s information. Supporting tutor documents and agreement files use private storage.
Drafts and analytics
The request form keeps unfinished answers in memory while it is open. It does not save child details in persistent browser storage or put those details in URLs. This release does not use advertising trackers or session replay.
